These terms govern your use of BloomSpeech (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

BloomSpeech is an AI-powered speech-coaching tool that analyzes your spoken Korean or English and returns automated feedback on your delivery and content. It is intended for practice and self-improvement, and is not a substitute for professional, academic, or language-certification advice.

Accounts

You sign in using your Google Account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You keep all ownership of the recordings and text you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to transcribe and analyze a recording and generate your report. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train third-party advertising models.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes others' rights.
Record or submit another person's voice without their consent.
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

AI-generated feedback

Scores, transcripts, and feedback are produced by automated systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided for guidance only, without any guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Use your own judgment before relying on them.

Plans and usage limits

The Service may offer a free tier with usage limits (for example, a monthly cap on analyses). We may change features and limits over time. If paid plans are introduced, their terms will be presented before you purchase.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to BloomSpeech and is protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomSpeech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users. On account deletion, your recordings and reports are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
